Curry County traffic records can live in the Curry County Circuit Court or in a municipal court. OJD's Coos/Curry traffic page gives four plea options before the appearance date on a citation: enter no contest and pay the presumptive fine, enter no contest with a letter of explanation and pay, enter not guilty and request a trial, or enter not guilty and request trial by declaration. For many circuit-court charges, no-contest payment can be made through OJD Courts ePay.

Curry County Traffic Courts

Brookings Traffic Citation Records
Brookings Municipal Court holds court monthly on the second Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall Council Chambers. The research lists Judge Gary Milliman and clerk Tracy LeJeune. Brookings has an important historical routing rule: traffic citations received after April 1977 and before June 2012, DUI and criminal misdemeanor citations received after April 1977, and traffic or criminal misdemeanor citations before April 1997 should be directed to Curry County Circuit Court. Current Brookings online ticket payment uses Xpress Bill Pay and gives a format of T plus a two-digit year, a hyphen, and complaint number, such as T15-00000.

Gold Beach and Port Orford Citations
Gold Beach Municipal Court processes parking tickets, traffic tickets, city ordinance violations, and certain misdemeanors. Payments may be made in person, by drop box, by mail, or by phone. Cash, check, money order, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard are listed, but cash should not be mailed or put in the drop box. Checks are payable to City of Gold Beach. The Going to Court page says the ticket gives the appearance date and time, court is held at City Hall, and the judge asks for a plea.
Port Orford uses an official online payments page and nCourt for municipal-court payments. The city site identifies municipal court/code as a city function and provides general city contact channels. Confirm whether the ticket is a city citation before using a Port Orford or nCourt payment path.

Pay or Contest Curry County Tickets

- Do not use OJD ePay for municipal or justice court cases unless the court specifically routes you there.
- Request a trial or trial by declaration by the deadline if contesting a violation.
- Ask the correct court about traffic school before paying if avoiding conviction reporting is the goal.
Curry County Traffic School
Coos/Curry Online Traffic School may be available for a single qualifying moving violation. The research lists several ineligible categories: offenses involving an accident, more than one moving violation on the case, driving uninsured under ORS 806.010, failure to carry proof of compliance under ORS 806.012, driving while suspended or revoked under ORS 811.175, speeding 100 or more under ORS 811.109(5), invalid non-CDL license or permit status, a moving violation conviction in the prior three years, traffic school participation in the prior three years, and work-zone, safety-zone, or school-zone offenses unless a judge approves.
Accepted participants have 60 days to pay the presumptive fine, complete an approved online course, and provide proof. Ask before paying because payment can affect plea posture and eligibility.

Traffic Court vs Driver Records
The court traffic record and the Oregon driver record are different files. The court record lives with Curry County Circuit Court or the municipal court that received the citation. The driver record lives with Oregon DMV or state driver-record systems. Curry County DUI and CDL
